課程結構
課程分為3個部分，包括必修學科、選修學科及項目報告，每學科佔6個學分，項目報告佔12個學分，共120個學分。
修讀語言
本課程為雙語學習課程，視乎每科需要，教材一般以英語為主，並輔以中文教材。習作及項目報告可以英文或中文完成。
修讀期限
本課程的修讀期一般是兩年。學員如獲豁免修讀部份學科，修讀期可相應縮減為一年。為配合不同學員的學習進度，本課程修讀期最長可申請延至三年。
教學模式
本課程是透過純遙距模式修讀。此純遙距課程可獲豁免註冊。
遙距學習模式可在互聯網上的「網上校園」修讀課程。「網上校園」是一個以網絡及自主為基礎的學習方式，提供課程大綱、學習指引、課堂筆記、教科書、參考書目、補充閱讀及網上學習教材等遙距學習材料。三所大學的「網上校園」皆由香港國力教育機構管理，作為國際課程辦事處。世界各地的學生可以其個人的登入名稱及密碼，進入「網上校園」，並取得學習材料。
