Application Procedure

• Application forms can be obtained by the following ways:
  1. download the form here
  2. in person to Hong Kong Office, or
  3. via the Authorized Learning Center(s),
• A completed application form must be accompanied by the following documents:
  1. Photocopies of degree certificates and official transcripts of studies;
  2. Testimonials or other relevant evidence of the applicant's working experience;
  3. Papers published in journals or books by applicant if any;
  4. Recommendation letters if any;
  5. Three(3) recent passport size photos
• All completed application forms together with the above-mentioned documents should be submitted to the following offices:
  1. TSU Hong Kong Office
  2. Authorized Learning Center(s)
