「Tarlac State University holds the Awarding Ceremony in Hong Kong for the first time. 」(2007-04-22)

                On April 22nd, 2007, Tarlac State University (TSU) holds the Hong Kong region Graduation Ceremony in Shangri-la Hotel, and awarded the Literae Humaniores honorary Doctor Degree for Ma Han ning who is the board president and manager of Hong Kong liquid-gas Ltd.
    On this graduation ceremony, there are other 24 graduates, including 14 Bachelors in Science of Criminal Justice, and 10 Bachelors in Science of Business administration major in health-management.
